How is the cement head used in the well?

1, in the cementing operation, the use of cement head should be prevented in advance of the cement plug, there are upper plug and lower plug;2, put the lower rubber plug before the injection of mud, and put the upper plug after the predetermined amount of cement slurry is injected, and then pump the mud or water to press the upper plug down the cement slurry;

3. The bottom plug is blocked by the supporting ring, and the partition in the center hole is crushed by the bit until all the cement slurry is squeezed out of the casing, the upper and lower plug collide, the liquid channel is blocked, the pump pressure is suddenly increased, and the cementing operation is finished.

4. After cementing, close the gate leading to the outside of the stagnant mud head, remove the connecting pipeline, wait 48 hours, and then test the pressure through the cement head to check the cementing quality;

5, the cement head should also do a good job of maintenance work to avoid quality problems when the next cement injection.
