Tool introduction
Hydraulic reaming while drilling is widely used in various types of drilling conditions. The core structure of the tool is formed by the Z-driven cutting blade and the reliable hydraulic excitation device. When the ball is thrown from the surface to the tool tee, the drilling fluid pushes the blade upward and quickly reaches full open size, ensuring efficient reaming while keeping the tool centered. After the pump is stopped, the blade is withdrawn under the action of the spring, reducing the risk of sticking. The integrated water hole and flow path help to remove chips during reaming operation, and the blade geometry allows drilling fluid to fully return.
